Q: Do you see my credit card number when I sign up for an offer?
A: We do not receive any credit card information, as all transactions are carried out on the advertisers' websites -- not ours.

Q: If I sign up for an offer on a trial basis, do I have to keep the service? What if I don't like it?
A: You are not obligated to keep the services that you sign up for, however you should sign up for offers that you are interested in. We also ask that you make use of your full trial period, so that you can evaluate the product or service completely. If you like it, keep it, and support the advertiser who is paying for your free reward. Signing up for an offer and cancelling as soon as you receive credit, or cancelling without having tried the service, is considered fraud and will disqualify you.
When signing up for an offer, be sure to read the associated Terms of Service. Most free trials or product samples are free during the evaluation period (typically lasting 7 - 30 days, depending on the terms), and then will convert to a paid membership unless you have decided to cancel. To avoid unexpected charges, be sure to familiarize yourself with the terms of the offers.

Q: What is PayPal?
A: PayPal is an online payment processor, owned by eBay, which allows people to send and receive money over the Internet. When choosing to receive a "cash" reward, we will give you the option of receiving the payment by PayPal or by a money order, mailed to you.

Q: I've seen your website advertised as offering "instant" payments. What exactly is meant by "instant"?
A: We do offer near-instant or instant payments, whihch means that we will send your PayPal payment (or place an order for your physical reward) immediately after approving your order. It also means that we will make every effort to approve your order as soon as we receive it. Most orders are approved and filled within 2 - 6 hours. Orders may take longer if we need to verify certain referrals that appear to be fraudulent.

Q: Some of your sites are offering $40 per referral, and other sites are offering $60 per referral. Can you explain?
A: Referrals on Cards, Photo, and MP3 are worth $40-$45 each; Referrals on PS3 and 360 are worth $60-$67.50 each; Referrals on Cash are worth $80-$90 each. The reason why this is done is because of the rewards available on each site. For example, our PS3 and 360 sites pay $60 per referral because games for those systems cost approximately $60. Therefore we can offer one game for one referral. And offering higher dollar amounts per referral allows us to place higher-priced rewards at lower referral requirements. Please refer to the next question, which is related to this topic.

Q: Why are the same offers worth less credit on some sites than on others?
A: On each of our sites, you and your referrals need to reach 100% credit in order to meet your requirements. Since not every site is paying you the same amount for each person that you refer (see above question), the values of the offers need to change accordingly. For example, an offer worth 60% credit, on a site that is paying you $40 per referral, will be worth 30% credit on a site which is paying you $80 per referral. Essentially, the offer is worth $24 toward your reward, on each and every site (60% of $40, 40% of $60, or 20% of $80).
