By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms of Service set forth in this document. By signing up, you are certifying you have read and understand our Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy.

A violation of these terms will result in your account being placed on hold. An account on hold will not receive a reward of any kind. If you have any questions regarding these terms, you may contact us at support@swiftrewards.net.

SwiftRewards reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time.



I. Membership

1. All information given at registration, including shipping address, email address, and phone number, must be accurate. Users must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Only one account per household is permitted, however each account is valid for, and may be extended to, each site on the network. For example, you may sign up at mp3.swiftrewards, and ps3.swiftrewards, but you may not have more than one account at either of these two sites. This is a per household limit.

3. Users may not sign up for or access this website from a public area such as a library, school, or workplace. Users may not access their account from a computer or access point which is also used to access another account. (If, for example, you have referred a friend to our site, do not check the status of both accounts from your or your referral's home.) A user may not sign up to our site via a proxy, which includes ISPs such as AOL. These rules are for YOUR protection, as any accounts who are found to be using matching IP addresses could be suspected of fraud.

4. Users shall not use common passwords, such as "password" or "12345". Accounts with matching passwords could be flagged as suspicious.

5. A user may be put on hold for ANY suspicious activity.

6. If a user's account is on hold, any other current or future accounts shall be placed on hold as well.

7. If your account is flagged as suspicious, you may be asked to provide a scan of your driver's license or other ID, in order to verify your information and help us to prevent fraud. Failure to provide the requested information will delay shipment of your reward until it is submitted. IDs must be scanned, in color, at 250 DPI (dots per inch) or greater. You may mark out your License # if you wish.

8. Once signed up, it is not possible for us to delete your account. If you no longer want your account, simply stop using it.



II. Referrals

1. SwiftRewards has a no-spam policy. Users are not allowed to send spam emails, or spam in other ways, in order to get referrals. If we receive multiple complaints of a user spamming, their account may be put on hold.

2. Users can put their referral links in appropriate places where they are not obtrusive or unwelcome.

3. Users who are found to be recommending to others, on a webpage or by other means, that they should cheat or break these Terms, shall be placed on hold.

4. Users may not provide step-by-step walkthroughs for their referrals, such as instructing them on which offers to complete. While users may recommend a group of offers, instructing users to complete offers A and B is not allowed. Members whose referrals mostly complete the same offer (or set of offers) may be placed on hold, at our discretion. Referrals should choose offers that interest them.

5. Referrals or offer credits cannot be transferred to any other account. You can not change your referrer after you have signed up.



III. Offers

1. A user may only receive credit for completing an offer one time. Do not complete an offer if you have ever completed that offer before, whether on this network or elsewhere. If you do this, your account will be put on hold.

2. We can not guarantee that a user will receive credit for any completed offer. Failure to receive credit may be due to, but not limited to, a credit denial from the advertiser, improper browser configuration, or incomplete or fraudulent information.

3. You are not permitted to complete offers for another user's account.

4. Users may not sign up for offers for the sole purpose of getting credit, and then cancel the offer without having tried the product or service provided for a reasonable amount of time.

5. All information provided when completing an offer must be valid. This includes your address and phone number.

6. Users may not use pre-paid credit/debit cards, such as Visa gift cards, as a means of preventing advertisers from charging you for a product or service.



IV. Orders

1. SwiftRewards will ship orders to the shipping address listed in the user's profile. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail, due to innacurate shipping info, or for any other reason. We are not responsible for damaged packages and do not accept returns. You should contact the product vendor regarding any returns or warranties.

2. We reserve the right to withhold rewards until after we have received our comission from the advertisers who sponsored the offer(s) you have completed. This can allow time for the advertiser to verify that you completed the offer fully and without fraud.

3. Users who receive $600 or more in rewards in any given year (totalling rewards received on all sites of our sites) will be required to send a W9 tax form in accordance with federal laws. If the receipt of any pending order would put a user over the $600 figure, shipment of that order will be withheld until a completed W9 form is received.

4. If the reward you have chosen is out of stock or otherwise becomes unavailable, you will be given the choice of choosing an alternate reward, a cash reward of the same value, or to wait until the item becomes available.

5. We reserve the right to change at any time the requirements needed to claim a particular reward, due to changes in the item's cost, or for other reasons.

6. Users residing outside of the continental U.S. may be required to receive a cash substitute in lieu of a physical reward, or asked to obtain an extra referral in order to cover the increased costs of shipping.

7. PayPal payments will only be sent if the account is listed as Verified by PayPal.



IV. Misc.

1. If we fail to enforce any portion of the terms of service this does not invalidate said terms or prevent us from enforcing them in the future.

2. Should one or more of the terms laid forth here be deemed invalid or un-enforceable, only those terms shall be invalidated, and the rest will remain in effect.
